Yes — return transfers are free from hotels in Hurghada, El Gouna, Makadi Bay, Sahl Hasheesh, Soma Bay and Safaga. We confirm your pickup time the day before the trip.

You book on WhatsApp, by phone, or through the request form on this site. There is no online prepayment — you pay in cash or by card on the day of the trip when you meet our representative.

Yes. Cancellation is free up to 24 hours before the trip. If a trip is cancelled because of weather or a decision by the maritime authority, we offer you another date or a different trip at no extra cost.

We have guides who speak Arabic, English and German. Tell us your preferred language when you book and we will assign the right guide.

Most of them are. Boat trips and city tours suit all ages, while quad biking and intro diving have a minimum age listed on each trip page. Tell us your children's ages and we will recommend what fits.
