Booking, cancellation and liability terms.

A booking is confirmed on WhatsApp or by phone once the date and group size are agreed. No payment is taken through this website.

Cancellation is free up to 24 hours before departure. If a trip is cancelled for weather or safety reasons, an alternative date or trip is offered.

Guests are expected to follow the instructions of the guide and boat crew. All trips are operated by licensed operators insured under Egyptian law.
