Overview

Magawish is the closest island to Hurghada — only about 20 to 30 minutes by boat. That short crossing makes it the best option if you get seasick, if you are travelling with small children, or if you simply do not want to spend the whole day on the water.

The water around the island is calm and mostly shallow, and the reef is close and well suited to beginner snorkellers. The programme includes one or two snorkelling stops, time on the island and a freshly cooked lunch on board.
